Club Membership Application

Existing Club Members

If you are an existing club Member, please sign in before renewing your membership as there may be different membership rates/types for new vs. renewing members. If you forgot your username or password, click here.

The COL Eagles club provides a very simple process for new members to join the club.  Simply fill out the online profile, accept the “terms and conditions" confirming you have read the handbook & club bylaws, AMA rules, FAA regulations, and complete the application form (links provided when you click the “Terms and Conditions” box at the bottom of the online profile). Bring the completed documents (along with your AMA card) to a meeting or to the field. Please keep in mind new members must be sponsored by two current club members in good standing, so visiting the field or attending a meeting is a great way to get to know some of our members if you don't already know some folks. We would love to have you  visit! Submit these documents via USPS to Chain O Lakes Eagles c/o Drew Durik, 7257 Orchard Valley Drive, Bull Valley, IL 60050, or give them to a club officer at the field or a monthly meeting.  The required documents are the application form, acceptance of the online ”terms and conditions" and a check for the current year club dues.  Once approved, you will receive a membership card which you must have with you at all times.  Contact Us for additional guidance if needed.
